Result of AGM
Avacta Group PLC announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with overwhelming shareholder support for each proposal. For instance, Resolution 1 received 52,701,858 votes in favour, representing 99.98%, and Resolution 7, which saw the highest opposition, still passed with 55,827,845 votes for, or 97.19%. This strong endorsement indicates shareholder confidence in the company's direction and management.
