Avation PLC has announced a significant fleet expansion with the signing of a lease agreement for one new ATR 72-600 aircraft with state-owned airline Linhas Aéreas de Cabo Verde, trading as CVSky. This operating lease is notably backed by a sovereign guarantee from the government of Cabo Verde, and the aircraft was delivered on October 7, 2026. This agreement marks Avation's entry into the African market and introduces CVSky as a new customer.

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP, Avation or "the Company"), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, is pleased to announce the signing of a lease agreement with state-owned airline Linhas Aéreas de Cabo Verde (trading as "CVSky") for one new ATR 72-600 aircraft (the "Aircraft"). This operating lease is backed by a sovereign guarantee from the government of Cabo Verde.
The Aircraft was delivered to CVSky on 7 October 2026 from ATR's production facility in Toulouse.
