Avation PLC has allotted 24,710 new ordinary shares following the exercise of its listed warrants, representing approximately 0.04 per cent of the enlarged capital. These new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange around 16 January 2026 and will rank pari passu with existing shares. Post-admission, the company will have 66,835,066 ordinary shares in issue, with 4,797,274 AVAW Warrants remaining outstanding.

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company announces that the has Company allotted 24,710 fully paid new ordinary shares representing approximately 0.04 per cent of the enlarged capital of the Company pursuant to the exercise of the Company's listed warrants (LSE:AVAW) ("AVAW Warrants").
The allotments of shares are conditional only on admission of the new shares to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities becoming effective ("Admission"). Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be listed on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the new ordinary shares will commence on or around 16 January 2026.
Following Admission, there will be a total of 66,835,066 ordinary shares in issue, with 4,383,999 shares held in treasury. Following Admission there will be 62,451,067 total voting rights for the purpose of calculating shareholders' percentage voting rights. Following Admission there will be 4,797,274 AVAW Warrants outstanding.
