Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), the UK and European automotive acoustic and thermal insulation specialist, announces that Andy Bloomer, Chief Executive Officer, and Des Dimitrov, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company, have today been granted 2,000,000 and 750,000 options respectively over ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the 2026 Long Term Incentive Plan Scheme.

The Options have an exercise price of 16.0 pence per ordinary share, being the closing middle market price per ordinary share on 7 August 2026. The Options are exercisable for a period of eight years from the signing of the Group annual report for the year ending 31 March 2029, dependent on performance criteria in respect of profit performance of the Group, share price and the recommencement of the payment of dividends, after which the Options will lapse.

A further 1,050,000 options have been granted to other employees under the 2026 Long Term Incentive Plan Scheme.
