Form 605 and Form 603 Lodged on ASX
Aura Energy Limited has announced that Curzon Uranium Limited has lodged a Form 605, ceasing to be a substantial holder, while Curzon HK Trading Limited has lodged a Form 603, becoming a substantial holder, following an internal restructure of the relevant shareholding. This change in substantial holding does not alter Aura Energy's focus on developing its 85%-owned Tiris Uranium Project in Mauritania and its 100%-owned Häggån Polymetallic Project in Sweden.

Aura Energy Limited (ASX:AEE, AIM: AURA) ("Aura" or the "Company"), focused on developing the 85%-owned Tiris Uranium Project (Mauritania) and 100%-owned Häggån Polymetallic Project (Sweden), advises that Curzon Uranium Limited ("CUL") has lodged a Form 605 (Ceasing to be a Substantial Holder) and Curzon HK Trading Limited ("CHKT") has lodged a Form 603 (Becoming a Substantial Holder), following an internal restructure transferring the relevant holding from CUL to CHKT (the "Notice").
