Aterian Plc has announced that as of 28 August 2026, its total voting rights stand at 19,700,000, with no shares held in treasury, which shareholders should use for regulatory notification calculations. Additionally, 200,000 new Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market on 19 August 2026, bringing the total issued share capital to 19,700,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.10 each. These new shares are fully fungible with existing ordinary shares.

Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 28 August 2026, the Company's issued share capital consists of 19,700,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.10, each with one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 19,700,000.
The above figure of 19,700,000 should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
