Aterian Plc has announced that as of May 29, 2026, its issued share capital comprises 18,600,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.10 each, with each share carrying one voting right, resulting in a total of 18,600,000 voting rights. The company holds no shares in treasury, and this figure of 18,600,000 is to be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating any required notifications of interest in the company's share capital under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 29 May 2026, the Company's issued share capital consists of 18,600,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.10, each with one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 18,600,000.
The above figure of 18,600,000 should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
