Until 7 August 2026, the shares in this holding we held by JLE Newco Limited and JLE Group Limited hold . John Lloyd Evans holds all the voting rights in JLE Newco Limited and JLE Group Limited and consequently both were deemed to “controlled undertakings” in relation to Mr. Evans. On 7 August 2026, John Evans transferred all the shares in Andrada and held by JLE Newco Limited and JLE Group Limited into his own name. This was in addition to the acquisition disclosed in this TR1.
