ATC Music Group Plc (AIM: ATC), the independent music company providing an end-to-end music services platform spanning talent management, live touring, merchandising, e-commerce and digital engagement, is pleased to provide an update on recent commercial highlights across the Group.
As anticipated and in line with the seasonal weighting of its business, the Group is delivering a strong second half of the year, with good progress across representation, technology-enabled services and live experiences and events, and a very encouraging pipeline of confirmed activity throughout 2027.
The highlights below illustrate ATC's strategy of connecting artist representation, services and live experiences to support multiple aspects of an artist's career. Bringing these capabilities together creates opportunities for the Group to earn revenue from a broader range of services, spanning artists' touring, merchandising, fan engagement and events.
Adam Driscoll, Chief Executive Officer of ATC, commented:
"The Group continues to perform well and has a strong level of business confirmed through 2027, alongside growing interest from artists, managers and agents in joining us.
"The technology layer we are building is an important part of our strategy. Through Push, we are combining our artist relationships and services with technology that helps artists reach and understand their fans and sell directly to them, from online stores and marketing sites to tools that manage and analyse fan interactions. This is already strengthening how we deliver for existing clients and the offers we can make to new talent. The Board is very positive about the growth and development ahead."
Representation
Our management and live agency businesses build the artist relationships at the heart of ATC's model. Alongside their own revenue contribution, these relationships give us insight into artists' ambitions and commercial needs, creating opportunities to support more of their careers through the Group's wider services. Highlights include:
- Robbie Williams (ATC Management) completed 11 Britpop Tour shows across six Latin American countries, including his first concert in Colombia and returns to Chile and Brazil after eight and 20 years respectively. Strong demand prompted additional shows in Argentina and Mexico, with all three Argentine shows selling out. The tour now moves to Australian stadiums.
- Radiohead , an ATC management and merchandise client, illustrates how the Group's capabilities can support multiple aspects of an artist's activity. Demand for the band's 2027 tour of Australia and Japan materially exceeded ticket availability.
- Across the wider management roster, Kelela and underscores have seen strong demand for international touring following new album releases.
- Bring Me The Horizon , Bullet For My Valentine and Don Broco have major festival appearances and touring commitments confirmed for 2027, with further album releases extending activity into 2028.
At ROAM, the Group's live agency division, momentum continues across the roster:
- Fontaines D.C. sold half a million tickets in 10 days for their newly announced Dopamine Chamber album tour, including two nights at Slane Castle, and achieved a number 1 record in six countries including the UK.
- Angine De Poitrine's global success continues, with a new tour announced including three nights at London's Brixton Academy.
- Madra Salach sold out London's Troxy in a day and appeared on Later... with Jools Holland.
- Westside Cowboy achieved a UK top 5 album with their debut, It Goes On .
- Knats was nominated for this year's Mercury Music Prize.
- ROAM has also welcomed Ani DiFranco to its roster.
Services / Technology
- The Group's services businesses have had an excellent 2026 and we expect continued success in 2027, with recent highlights spanning touring activity, new client signings and investment in operational leadership: Sandbag is delighted to welcome Jason Rothery as Operations Director. Jason joins from Warner Music Group, where he was Vice President, Ecommerce, UK & International, and joins Jordan Gaster (Business Development Director) and Sam Kelsey (Finance Director) as lead members of the team driving Sandbag forward.
- Sandbag has seen Hayley Williams wrap up her North American tour ahead of South American dates next month, while Jungle and Placebo are currently touring Europe.
- Recently signed Jessie Ware and Kodaline are also on tour.
Events
Across festivals, live experiences and production, the Group is seeing strong momentum, including an expanding festival portfolio and further presentations of artist-related experiences. These activities illustrate the breadth of commercial opportunities alongside ATC's representation and services businesses:
- Joy Entertainment Group delivered a record-breaking summer 2026, with over 250,000 tickets sold across its festival portfolio. The portfolio will continue to grow in 2027 with the introduction of On The Beach, Great Yarmouth and an additional third weekend of On The Beach, Brighton.
- Joy is delivering the UK shows for Love Actually Live In Concert through Q4 2026.
- ATC Experience held the sold-out first preview of Hamlet Hail to the Thief at the Barbican Theatre in October 2026. All previews are sold out, with impressive ticket sales already in place through to the end of the run in January. The production has generated excellent press and media coverage, including an NME collaboration on rehearsal photography, a Sunday Times Culture feature interview with the show's creative team, exclusive photography by Alex Lake released first to Rolling Stone, and interviews on BBC Radio 6 Music with Mary-Anne Hobbs and on BBC Radio 2 with Dermot O'Leary.
