Result of AGM
ATC Music Group Plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with overwhelming support from shareholders. Notably, the Annual Report and Accounts received 6,867,835 votes in favour, representing 100% of votes cast. Directors Brian Message, Andy Glover, and Cliff Fluet were re-elected or elected with unanimous approval. Auditors Adler Shine LLP were re-appointed, and the audit committee was authorised to determine their remuneration. Shareholder approval was also granted for directors to allot shares for rights issues, other purposes, and employee share option plans, as well as for the disapplication of pre-emption rights in various scenarios. The authority to purchase own shares received 6,067,825 votes in favour, with only 10 against.

The Board of ATC Music Group Plc (AIM: ATC), the independent music company providing an end-to-end music services platform spanning talent management, live touring, merchandising, e-commerce and digital engagement, is pleased to confirm that at the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM"), held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. Details of the proxy votes received from shareholders prior to the AGM are set out in the table below.
