Clarification regarding Concert Party
Aseana Properties Limited has clarified that the Lim Concert Party, which holds a 28.45% interest in the company's issued share capital, comprises solely Neuchatel Investment Holdings Limited with 68,190,000 shares and Garynma MY Capital Limited with 473,541 shares, and this party is entirely separate from LIM Advisors Limited and its associated funds.

Further to the Company's announcement on 26 November 2025, Aseana (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, confirms that the Lim Concert Party referred to in the announcement and Circular comprise solely the following entities which Lim Kian Onn is the ultimate beneficiary owner and/or settlor of:
