ASA International Group plc announced that its incoming Chairman, Charles Harman, and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, Grace Thiongo, have purchased ordinary shares. Harman acquired a total of 24,733 shares for £49,707.67 between May 14th and 15th, 2026, at prices ranging from £1.99 to £2.03. Thiongo purchased 16,666.66 shares for £33,484.99 on May 19th, 2026, at £2.01 per share. Additionally, Chief Executive Officer Rob Keijsers exercised options awarded under the Company's LTIP on February 20th, 2026, acquiring 22,823 shares for £21,225.39 at £0.93 per share.
