Notice of Preliminary Results, Sellside Analyst Presentation and Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company
The Artisanal Spirits Company (AIM: ART), the creator of outstanding, limited-edition whiskies and experiences around the world, and owner of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, Single Cask Nation and J.G. Thomson, announces that it will publish Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2024 on Monday, 31 March 2025.
Sellside analyst presentation
Andrew Dane, Chief Executive Officer, and Billy McCarter, Chief Financial Officer, will host an in-person presentation for sellside equity analysts on Monday, 31 March 2025 at 09.00 hours at the office of Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NQ. A recording of the presentation will also be made available via the Group's website following the event.
Investor Meet Company presentation
In addition, Andrew Dane and Billy McCarter will provide a live presentation relating to the Preliminary Results via Investor Meet Company on 3 April 2025 at 09:00.
The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted prior to the event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard until 09:00 on 2 April 2025, or at any time during the live presentation.
