The Artisanal Spirits Company (AIM: ART), creator of outstanding, limited-edition whiskies and experiences around the world, and owner of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, Single Cask Nation & J.G. Thomson, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, all resolutions were duly passed.
The results of the poll for each resolution put to shareholders at the AGM are set out below:

Notes
As at 20 May 2024, being the date which shareholders had to be on the register to be eligible to vote, there were 70,559,774 ordinary shares in issue. Shareholders are entitled to one vote per share. Votes withheld are not votes in law and so have not been included in the calculation of the proportion of votes for and against a resolution.
