Exercise of Warrants
Arkle Resources PLC announced the exercise of warrants, resulting in the issuance of 64,200,000 ordinary shares at GBP 0.0035 each, raising GBP 224,700. These new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around May 15, 2026, and will rank pari passu with existing shares. Following this issuance, the Company's total voting rights will increase to 1,585,310,997 ordinary shares.

Arkle Resources PLC (AIM: ARK), the energy metals explorer with a key focus on uranium, announces it will issue 64,200,000 ordinary shares of EUR 0.0025 each ("Ordinary Shares") at the exercise price of GBP 0.0035 per share ("New Shares") following the exercise of warrants.
Application has been made for the New Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that this will take place at 8.00 a.m. on or around 15 May 2026 ("Admission"). The Company has received the proceeds of the warrants exercise of GBP 224,700.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, Arkle will have 1,585,310,997 Ordinary Shares in issue which will also represent the total number of voting rights in the Company. The above figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
