Aptitude Software Group plc announced that as of September 30, 2025, its issued share capital comprises 56,520,493 Ordinary Shares of 7 1/3 pence each with voting rights. Of these, 500,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of exercisable voting rights in Aptitude as at September 30, 2025, is 56,020,493. This figure can be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in Aptitude Software Group plc under the DTRs.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules (DTRs), Aptitude Software Group plc announces that, as at 30 September 2025, its issued share capital comprises 56,520,493 Ordinary Shares of 7 1/3 pence each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 500,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of exercisable voting rights in Aptitude as at 30 September 2025 was 56,020,493.
Shareholders may use the figure of 56,020,493 Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Aptitude Software Group plc under the DTRs.
