AOTI Inc. announced that on April 1, 2026, Non-executive Chairman Douglas Lefort and his spouse received a distribution of 971,367 common shares from their consulting vehicle, Wolfpack Consulting Limited, through its liquidation. This transaction did not alter their total beneficial holding, which remains at 1,451,621 common shares, representing approximately 1.36% of the company's issued share capital. The distribution involved 679,957 shares to Mr. Lefort and 291,410 shares to Mrs. Lefort, with no price indicated for this internal transfer.

The Company was informed on 2 April 2026 that Mr Douglas Lefort, Non-executive Chairman of the Company and his spouse, had distributed back to them a total of 971,367 common shares of $0.00001 each in the capital of the Company ("Common Shares") from their jointly owned consulting vehicle, Wolfpack Consulting Limited. This was effected by closure of Wolfpack Consulting Ltd by members voluntary liquidation.
Following the distribution, there is no change to Mr & Mrs Lefort's total beneficial holding and the total interest in the Company remains the same at 1,451,621 Common Shares, representing approximately 1.36% of the Company's issued share capital.
The below notification, made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, provides further detail.
