Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
Anpario plc has purchased 18,000 ordinary shares at an average price of £5.4715 per share as part of its up to £3.0 million share buyback programme, bringing the total shares repurchased to 176,182. These repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the company's issued share capital to 20,419,647 shares, which represents the total voting rights. The company also holds 29,000 shares in treasury.

Anpario (AIM: ANP), the independent manufacturer of natural sustainable animal feed additives for health, nutrition and biosecurity, announces that it purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 23 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through the Company's broker, Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited ("Shore") as part of its up to £3.0 million share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced via RNS on 27 April 2026 (the "Buyback Announcement"):

Under the terms of the Programme, the repurchased Shares will be cancelled. Anpario has to date purchased 176,182 Shares in aggregate.
Following the above repurchase of Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 20,419,647 Shares (excluding Shares held in treasury). This figure represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA. In addition, the Company will hold 29,000 Shares in treasury.
