Anpario plc has purchased 18,000 ordinary shares at an average price of £5.023 per share as part of its up to £3.0 million share buyback programme, with these repurchased shares to be cancelled. Anpario (AIM: ANP), the independent manufacturer of natural sustainable animal feed additives for health, nutrition and biosecurity, announces that it purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 23 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through the Company's broker, Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited ("Shore") as part of its up to £3.0 million share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced via RNS on 28 April 2026 (the "Buyback Announcement"):

Under the terms of the Programme, the repurchased Shares will be cancelled. Anpario has to date purchased 28,400 Shares in aggregate.
Following the above repurchase of Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 20,567,429 Shares (excluding Shares held in treasury). This figure represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA. In addition, the Company will hold 29,000 Shares in treasury.
