Agronomics Limited (AIM:ANIC), a leading listed company in the field of clean food, announces that that it was notified on 3 March 2026 that Galloway Limited, an entity indirectly wholly owned by Jim Mellon, Executive Chair of the Company, purchased a total of 225,784 ordinary shares of £0.000001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.8 pence per Ordinary Share on 26 February 2026, and that Jim Mellon purchased a total of 250,001 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6.8 pence per Ordinary Share on 2 March 2026; and a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6.8 pence per Ordinary Share on 3 March 2026.
As a result, Jim Mellon's total interest in the Company, including all entities closely associated, is now at 162,467,002 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.38% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
