Block Listing Application
Ampeak Energy announces that an application has been made for the block admission of 3,780,383 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which will be issued from time to time within the rules of the Company's share option plan, the Atlantis Resources 2016 Company Share Option Plan (the "Incentive Plan").
When issued, the new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company and it is expected that admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on or around 22 September 2026.
