Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Amicorp FS (UK) Plc has announced that its Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are now available to shareholders. The report details that the company supports over 330 active funds with approximately US$6 billion in assets under administration, and its Capital Markets business now serves over 30 clients, a new service offering introduced in 2025. The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 29 June 2026.

Amicorp FS (UK) Plc, the international specialist fund services group, announces that the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 ('Annual Financial Report 2025') and the 2026 Notice of Annual General Metting ('AGM') will today be made available to its shareholders.
A full pdf version of the Annual Financial Report 2025 together with the Notice of AGM is available for download from the Investor Information section on the Company's website. In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of the Annual Financial Report 2025 has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 29 June 2026 at 9.00am (BST) at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau LLP, C/O Ampa Holdings LLP, Level 19, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG.
