Update on publication of Second Interim Accounts

Amigo Resources PLC (LSE:AMGO), a company focused on gold and rare earth mining opportunities in Africa, refers to its previous announcement dated 29 July 2026 regarding the change of its accounting reference date to 31 December. In that announcement, the Company noted its intention to publish unaudited interim accounts for the period ending 30 September 2026.
The Company today announces that, in accordance with the UK Listing Rules and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, it has elected instead to issue its second interim report and accounts for the four month period ended 31 July 2026 (the "Second Interim Accounts").
The Company confirms that the Second Interim Accounts will be released within three months of the period ended 31 July 2026.
