Change of Accounting Reference Date

Amigo Resources PLC (LSE:AMGO), a company focused on gold and rare earth mining opportunities in Africa, principally in Tanzania and Mauritania, announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 30 September to 31 December with immediate effect.

Accordingly, the Company's next audited financial statements will be prepared for the 15-month period ending 31 December 2026 and will be required to be published on or before 30 April 2027.

Thereafter, the Company will publish each year its unaudited interim results for the 6 months ending 30 June by 30 September, and its audited financial statements for the 12 months ending 31 December by 30 April, in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Directors have implemented this change to align Amigo's financial year end with that of (among other subsidiaries):

• Amigo London Ltd, the Company's wholly owned UK incorporated subsidiary; and
• Amigo Capital FZE, the Company's wholly owned Dubai based subsidiary, the which is the holding entity for the Group's mining activities.

Aligning the accounting dates will, among other things, simplify the preparation of future financial statements and will enhance financial reporting efficiency.

In accordance with the UK Listing Rules, the Company will also publish unaudited interim accounts for the period ending 30 September 2026 on or before 31 December 2026.
