Amigo Holdings PLC has announced that Mr. Neil Partington has submitted four TR-1 notifications regarding movements in his voting rights between April and September 2024, which are being submitted retrospectively due to a recent awareness of aggregated holding notification requirements. These notifications detail threshold crossings including an increase through 3% on April 3, 2024, a decrease through 3% on April 5, 2024, an increase through 3% on September 2, 2024, and an increase through 4% on September 10, 2024, with the latter notification indicating a holding of 4.25% of the total voting rights, representing 24,250,000 shares.

Amigo announces that it has today received four TR-1 notifications from Mr Neil Partington in respect of movements in his voting rights between April and September 2024.
Explanation for Late Notifications
Mr Partington has informed the Company that the notifications are being submitted after the relevant dates as he only recently became aware that his aggregated holdings across several brokerage accounts were required to be monitored collectively for the purposes of DTR 5. Upon realising this, he reconstructed his full trading history, identified the correct threshold-crossing dates, and submitted the relevant TR-1 forms to the FCA without delay.
The threshold movements notified relate to:
- 3 April 2024 - Up through 3%
- 5 April 2024 - Down through 3% (due solely to a change in total voting rights)
- 2 September 2024 - Up through 3%
- 10 September 2024 - Up through 4%
