Amcomri Group plc (AIM: AMCO), the 'Buy, Improve, Build' UK focused, specialist engineering services and industrial manufacturing group, confirms that its 2025 Annual Report and Accounts and notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are available to view on the Company's website at https://amcomrigroup.com/investor-relations and have been posted today to those shareholders that have elected to received hard copies of shareholder communications.
The AGM will be held at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL at 10.00 a.m. on 29 June 2026.
