Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Alumasc (ALU.L), the premium sustainable building products, systems and solutions group announces that it posted its 2026 Annual Report and Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) to shareholders on 30 September 2026.

The 2026 Annual Report is now available to view on the Company’s website at www.alumasc.co.uk/investor-relations.

The Company’s 2026 AGM will be held at 10am on 27 October 2026 at the site of one of Alumasc’s business units: Wade International, Third Avenue, Halstead, Essex CO9 2SX.

To enable shareholders to follow proceedings remotely, the AGM will be broadcast live on the Investor Meet Company platform. However, please note that shareholders will not be able to vote online at the AGM via this platform. Shareholders are only able to vote at the AGM either in person on the day or by proxy in advance. Shareholders are encouraged to submit their votes via proxy as early as possible, as further detailed in the Notice of the 2026 AGM.

Shareholders are invited to submit any questions in respect of the business of the AGM for the Board of Directors to consider. Questions may be submitted in advance via the Investor Meet Company dashboard, or at any time during the AGM over the Investor Meet Company platform, following registration, and the Board will aim to respond to any such questions relevant to the business of the AGM.
