Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Altitude Group plc has issued 181,440 new ordinary shares following the exercise of options by a former director, with admission to AIM expected on October 13, 2026. These new shares will rank pari passu with existing shares, increasing the company's total issued share capital to 73,320,794 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote. This new total will serve as the denominator for shareholders calculating their notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), a technology and services provider specialising in end-to-end solutions for the branded merchandise and promotional products industry, announces that following the exercise of options by a former director under the Altitude Group plc Enterprise Management Incentives and Share Scheme 2022, it has issued 181,440 of new ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares").
Application has been made for the 181,440 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 13 October 2026 ("Admission").
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. Following Admission, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 73,320,794 Ordinary Shares, each carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company following Admission will be 73,320,794.
The figure of 73,320,794 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
