Altitude Group plc announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting on September 22, 2026, were passed by the required majority. Key resolutions, including the receipt of the Annual Report and Accounts, the election and re-election of directors such as Bob Wigley, Max Roberts, Richard Sowerby, Alexander Brennan, Deborah Wilkinson, and Martin Varley, and the re-appointment of Crowe U.K. LLP as auditor, all received overwhelming support, with votes for ranging from 99.91% to 100.00%. The company also received shareholder approval for director remuneration, the allotment of relevant securities, and market purchases, with the latter two being special resolutions.
