Total Voting Rights
Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC has announced that as of November 30, 2025, its total issued ordinary share capital comprises 300,000,000 shares, with 3,383,356 held in treasury and thus carrying no voting rights. Consequently, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders is 296,616,644, with each share representing one vote, a figure shareholders can use for regulatory notification calculations.

As at 30 November 2025, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 300,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, of which 3,383,356 are held in Treasury. The shares held in Treasury have no voting rights.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30 November 2025 is 296,616,644. Each share entitles the holder to one vote.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
