Result of General Meeting
Alba Mineral Resources plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its General Meeting held on February 6, 2026. Resolution 1 received 2,785,989,354 votes for and 470,032,905 against, Resolution 2 received 2,960,994,313 votes for and 471,226,203 against, and Resolution 3 received 2,961,115,387 votes for and 469,710,976 against. The total number of ordinary shares in issue was 18,066,489,751 as of February 4, 2026.

Alba Mineral Resources plc (AIM: ALBA) announces that at its General Meeting which was held today all the resolutions were duly passed.
The proxy votes received for each resolution were as follows:

- There were 18,066,489,751 ordinary shares in issue in the Company at 9.00am on 4 February 2026, the deadline for receipt of proxy votes.
