Director/PDMR Shareholding
AIREA plc has announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Médéric Payne, sold 161,662 ordinary shares at 26 pence each, reducing his holding to 258,578 shares representing 0.625% of the company's issued share capital. Concurrently, Chief Financial Officer Conleth Campbell sold 65,186 ordinary shares at the same price, leaving him with 172,814 shares, or 0.418% of the issued share capital. These sales were to cover tax liabilities arising from the exercise of options under the company's Long Term Incentive Plan.

AIREA plc (AIM: AIEA) announces that it has been notified that, on 17 September 2026, ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were sold on behalf of Médéric Payne, Chief Executive Officer, and Conleth Campbell, Chief Financial Officer, each a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").
The dealings followed Mr Campbell and Mr Payne each irrevocably committing to sell such Ordinary Shares to cover tax liabilities arising from the exercise of options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, as announced on 8 June 2026.
