Result of AGM
Active Energy Group Plc announced that all resolutions proposed at its annual general meeting were passed, with overwhelming support from shareholders. Resolutions 1 through 9, encompassing ordinary and special resolutions, received substantial 'For' votes, with the highest being 977,029,700 for Resolution 1 and the lowest being 900,652,242 for Resolution 7. This indicates strong shareholder confidence in the company's proposed actions and its strategic direction in developing power-backed critical infrastructure platforms in the UAE.

Active Energy, which is developing integrated, power-backed critical infrastructure platforms supporting artificial intelligence ("AI"), next-generation digital infrastructure and other strategically important industries across the United Arab Emirates ("UAE"), announces that at the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM"), held yesterday, all the resolutions proposed at the AGM were duly passed. The proxy votes received from shareholders on each resolution are set out below.
Resolutions 1 to 7 inclusive were proposed as ordinary resolutions and Resolutions 8 and 9 were proposed as special resolutions of the Company.
