Active Energy (AIM: AEG.L, OTCID: AEUSF) announces that Paul Elliott, CEO and PDMR, purchased 6,716,417 ordinary shares of £0.00035 each ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.1 pence per Ordinary Share on 6 July 2026.
Following this transaction, Paul has an interest in 441,532,873 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.5% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Paul is also a director and the sole shareholder in Zen Ventures Limited ("Zen"). Zen is holder of £200,000 loan notes issued by the Company constituted on 31 October 2024 as announced on 1 November 2024.
