AdvancedAdvT Limited (AIM: ADVT, "AdvT", the "Group", the "Company"), the international software solutions provider for the business solutions, healthcare compliance, and human capital management sectors, announces that further to the confirmation of its intention to implement a share buyback programme, as set out in its announcement on 4 March 2026, on 29 June 2026 it had purchased a further 100,000 of its ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an volume weighted average price of 155.50 pence per share. The Ordinary Shares purchased will be held in treasury.

Following this purchase, the cumulative number of Ordinary Shares bought under this programme now totals 4,979,000.
