Further re: Receipt of Winding Up Petition
ADM Energy PLC announced that the second hearing for the winding-up petition filed by HMRC on September 16, 2026, has been adjourned for 42 days, with a new hearing scheduled for October 28, 2026, and no winding-up order was made. Trading in the company's ordinary shares remains suspended from AIM pending the publication of its annual report and accounts for the year ended December 31, 2025.

Further to the announcement of 23 July 2026, ADM Energy PLC (AIM: ADME; BER and FSE: P4JC), a natural resource investing company, announces that the second hearing of the winding-up petition presented by the Commissioners for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (“HMRC”), which took place on 16 September 2026, has been adjourned for a further period of 42 days.
The petition has been relisted to be heard at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, 28 October 2026 at the Rolls Building, London, under the same case number CR-2026-004486.
No winding-up order was made at the hearing.
Trading in the Company’s ordinary shares remains suspended from AIM, pending publication of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025. The Company will make a further announcement without delay upon any material development and, in any event, following the relisted hearing.
