Acuity RM Group plc (AIM: ACRM), the software group specialising in the cybersecurity sector of the Governance, Risk and Compliance ("GRC") market, announces that, following its announcements of 11 August and 7 September 2026, it has entered into additional contracts in relation to the significant international defence-related programme referred to in those announcements.

Under these additional contracts, the Group will deploy its STREAM® Classic platform in support of a second prime defence contractor's participation in the programme, and to the central organisation running the programme. The additional contracts have combined annual recurring revenues in excess of £125,000.

The programme involves multiple prime contractors across a number of participating nations, each of which is subject to comparable security, risk, compliance and reporting obligations.

Two of the prime contractors to the programme, and the central organisation running the programme, have now committed to use the STREAM® Classic platform. The Group is in advanced discussions with them regarding the provision of supporting consultancy services, which are expected to result in one or more service contracts.

The Group is also in active discussions with a third prime contractor and the Board therefore believes there is potential for further deployments of STREAM®, both with other contractors participating in the programme and in other participating nations.

David Rajakovich, Chief Executive of Acuity RM Group plc, commented:

"This is our third announcement in connection with this programme since August, and it now spans two prime contractors and the organisation running the programme itself. When the body coordinating a multi-nation programme and the contractors delivering into it work from the same platform, security, risk and compliance reporting can be brought together on a common basis rather than reconciled after the fact.

It also forms part of a wider pattern in our business. Over recent months we have added new defence work in the UK and in continental Europe, including the first STREAM® order from a European defence company, alongside long-standing relationships with government and defence customers.

Defence is becoming more connected, across contractors, supply chains and nations, and the requirement to demonstrate control over cyber risk is growing with it. The UK Defence Investment Plan alone includes £2.5bn for the new Defence Cyber and Electromagnetic Force. Each additional contractor or nation joining a programme of this kind creates a further opportunity for the Group, and the model we are establishing here is one we intend to take to comparable programmes in the UK and internationally."
