ACG Metals Limited (“ACG” or the “Company”) announces that its Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) will be held on 25 November 2026 at 2.00 p.m. (GMT)/3.00 p.m. (CET) at the offices of Fieldfisher (France) LLP, 48 Rue Cambon, 75001, Paris, France and virtually via https://meetings.lumiconnect.com/100-771-373-921.
The Notice of Meeting (the “Notice”), that includes instructions on the process of appointing a proxy or submitting a form of direction (as appropriate), will be mailed or made available to shareholders shortly and is also available to download from the Company’s website at: https://acgmetals.com/regulatory-news/.
Shareholders are encouraged to read the Notice in full for details of the resolutions to be proposed and how they can attend and/or cast votes at the EGM.
