Amendment to TR1
ACG Metals Limited has amended a previous TR-1 notification, updating the percentage of voting rights held by AOF Trading LLC from 30.11% to 30.13%. This change reflects an increase in the total number of voting rights held from 6,860,872 to 6,865,497, with the direct voting rights also adjusted to 6,865,497 and 30.13% respectively. The amendment corrects a prior notification made on December 1, 2025, with all other details remaining unchanged.

The following amendments have been made to the TR-1: Standard form for notification of major holdings' announcement released on 2 December 2025 at 11:47am under RNS No 9003J:
The '% of voting rights attached to shares (total of 8.A)' in box 7 has been updated from 30.11% to 30.13%;
The "Total of both in % (8.A + 8.B)' in box 7 has been updated from 30.11% to 30.13%;
The 'total number of voting rights held in issue (8.1A + 8.1B)' in box 7 has been updated from 6,860,872 to 6,865,497; and
The number of direct voting rights and % of voting rights in box 8.A have been updated from 6,860,872 and 30.11% to 6,865,497 and 30.13% respectively.
All other details remain unchanged.
