On 23 and 27 August 2024, ACG announced updates to the funding structure for the Acquisition and corresponding timeline to completion.
UPDATE on Acquisition TIMELINE
ACG announces today that, due to ongoing discussions with new strategic investors, the book-building period for the Placing has been extended and a results announcement will be made around 4:00 p.m. (London time) on 28 August 2024.
There is otherwise no change to the timeline previously announced and the expected Acquisition closing date remains 29 August 2024.
Further announcements will be made in due course as needed. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus.
