AB Dynamics PLC will release its financial results for the year ending August 31, 2025, on November 11, 2025. A pre-recorded presentation will be available on the company website at 7:00 am. Following this, a live presentation for analysts will be held at 9:00 am at Stifel offices. Additionally, a presentation will be available on the Investor Meet Company platform on November 12, 2025, at 9:00 am.

Further to the Pre-close Trading Update issued on 23 September 2025, the Group confirms that it will report its results for the year ended 31 August 2025 on 11 November 2025.
A pre-recorded results presentation will be available on the Group's website, www.abdplc.com, at 7.00am on 11 November 2025. This will be followed by a live presentation for analysts at 9.00am at Stifel offices, 150 Cheapside, London EC2V 6ET. Please contact abdynamics@teneo.com if you would like to attend.
