The resolution to be proposed at the adjourned meeting remains unchanged from the original notice.

80 Mile PLC ('80 Mile' or the 'Company'), announces that following the adjournment of its General Meeting originally convened on 30 December 2025, the adjourned General Meeting will now be held on Wednesday 7 January 2026 at 10am, at One Heddon Street, London W1B 4BD.
The resolution set out in the original Notice of General Meeting remains unchanged and will be proposed at the adjourned meeting.
